How to send ‘muted’ DMs on Instagram

What if you want to send a DM to someone at some odd hours, but don’t want to disturb them. Or, sometimes a message is supposed to be sent but it isn’t that important to call for attention. For situations like that there’s a feature in Instagram that allows users to send a Direct Message (DM) to someone without the notification sound.
