OnePlus recently launched the Nord CE 5G, and the phone has already started receiving its first software update. The latest update rolling out to users in India is the OxygenOS 11.0.2.2EB13DA update that is quite lightweight in size. The new OnePlus Nord CE update brings a number of new features and also comes with the May 2021 Android security patch. There are also other tweaks that are introduced with the update. On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, Twitch is planning on a few new changes for the creators on their platform, apparently including the option to make their emotes animated. Twitch is also testing out a new feature that gives followers the ability to have their own emotes. According to a post on the Twitch blog, animated emotes will first be available to Twitch Partners in just a few weeks to try out, where creators will be able to upload a total of five animated emotes for their tier one subscribers to use, followed by affiliates who will likely gain access to animated emotes after Partners, available to them by the end of 2021. Linux gamers using the Valve’s Proton compatibility tool to run Windows games on their systems will be soon getting a performance upgrade as Nvidia has announced that it’s working with Valve to bring FPS boosts using its DLSS technology featured on RTX cards. Deep Learning Super Sampling or DLSS, is a technology that lets gamers get more performance in games without having to give up too much image quality. CD Projekt Red confirmed that it had been hit by a "targeted cyber attack earlier this year. They stated that its internal systems were compromised and sensitive information was held to ransom. After CD Projekt Red did not give in to the group's demands, the hackers announced that the source code for games such as Cyberpunk 2077 and an unreleased version of The Witcher 3 would be traded to the highest bidder. They also leaked the source code for Gwent. The stolen data now appears to have resurfaced. As reported by security blog DataBreaches.net, a threat actor group decided to release the stolen data in order to advertise its new leaks platform. Nintendo announced last week that it will be opening a museum dedicated to the famous characters who shot to fame over the past three decades. The project has been named ‘Nintendo Gallery’ and is expected to open by Spring of 2024. The gallery is set to be made at an old factory site in Kyoto which will be repurposed.
